About Me
Who the hell am I?
My name is Yimin Ge and I live in Austria, more precisely in the 22nd district of Vienna. I was born on February 23rd, 1989 in Vienna.
Apart from this, there is not much to say about me anyway.
One of my greatest passions is mathematics which became more and more important to my life since I started to participate in various mathematical competitions in 2004.

So far, I have participated in Vienna's federal state competition of the 35th Austrian Mathematical Olympiad in 2004 (1st place), the National Olympiad of the 36th, 37th, 38th and 39th Austrian Mathematical Olympiad in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 (Silver Medal in 2005, first place in 2006, 2007 and 2008), the 8th, 9th and 10th Mediterranean Mathematics Competition in 2005, 2006 and 2007 (Honour Mention in 2005, Bronze in 2006 and Silver in 2007) and the 46th, 47th, 48th and 49th International Mathematical Olympiad in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 (Bronze Medal in 2006 and 2008, Silver Medal in 2007).
Apart from mathematics, my spare time is also occupied by a little bit of some of those trivial, unspectacular and common things everyone else does, like reading, listening to music, skiing, playing tennis, ballroom dancing, playing table tennis, playing chess, bicycling, ...
